Marcella Del Signore attended Autodesk Research’s “Encoding Experience: Conversations on Design, Emotion, and AI” in Boston. Over two evenings, she joined designers, technologists, and researchers exploring how human experience—joy, comfort, belonging, equity—can inform metrics, tools, and decisions in the built environment. Her participation connected practice with emerging methods, from mixed-method evaluation to privacy-aware, AI-assisted simulations, strengthening our commitment to people-centered design and clearer communication of experiential impact to clients and communities alike.
